We provide asbestos testing, inspection, removal, encapsulation and management-plan services. Quotes are provided on the basis of the information available at the time and may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was described. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in our engagement documentation. Final liability and warranty wording must be confirmed by the business before launch.
